2. Scope of Services

We offer bespoke consultations, property evaluations, and management solutions for high end residential real estate clients. Each engagement is tailored to client requirements and delivered by our expert team.

2.2 Digital Products

Our digital products include comprehensive guides, market analysis reports, and design templates. Delivery is instant upon confirmation, and access is granted via secure download links.

2.3 Physical Products

Premium home accessories and materials sourced for exclusive use in high end residences. All products are inspected for quality before dispatch.

3. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Confirmation details are sent via email within two business days.

4. Pricing and Fees

All fees are stated in the description of each service or product. PrimeHomes reserves the right to adjust fees for new orders at any time.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 High End Residential Property Services

If PrimeHomes cancels a scheduled service, clients will receive a full refund of any fees paid. Clients may request a rescheduling of services up to 7 days before the appointment. Requests are subject to availability and must be made via our contact form. No refunds will be issued once services have commenced, as resources are allocated in advance for each client.

5.2 Digital Products

Clients may cancel an order for a digital product within 14 days if the download link has not been accessed. To request a cancellation or refund, clients must contact us using our contact form. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment channel within 14 days of approval.

5.3 Physical Products

Clients may send unused physical products back within 30 days of delivery. Sent items must be in original condition. Clients are responsible for shipment costs. Approved refunds are issued within 10 days of receipt of items sent back. Alternatively, clients may request an share for a different item.

6. Service Transfers

Residential service bookings may be transferred to another date or person with at least 7 days notice. Transfer requests must be submitted via our contact form. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

7. Changes to Terms

PrimeHomes reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on primehomes.top and will take effect upon posting.
